Bottled products vary from wine and spirits to oils, sauces and beverages and each category has its own mix of weight, fragility and presentation expectations. Custom bottle boxes are made to the exact height, diameter and weight of your bottle and are either die-cut, corrugated dividers, or molded pulp trays that hold the bottles in place so they don’t knock against each other or the walls of the box during transit.

Single and multiple bottle boxes for individual products, sets, sampler packs and gift packs. Bottles are stabilized and compartmentalized with internal dividers. Fragile glass bottles are packed in double-walled corrugated cardboard or with additional layers of padding to protect them during handling. This is especially important in categories such as wine and spirits where breakage is not only a financial loss but often an unrecoverable product loss.
Finishing options range from a rigid, premium box with foil stamping and embossed branding for higher-end spirits and gift sets to simple folding carton designs with full-color printing for everyday beverage, sauce or oil products.
